FD SC 499: Global Perspectives on Agriculture and Food Systems in India. Meet on campus once per week Fall 2019 semester and travel over Fall Break, 2019. This course explores food production, distribution, and processing operations in India, focusing on fruits & vegetables, grape production/enology, and dairy operations. Open to undergraduates and graduate students. Priority given to Food Science majors.
