Applications are now open for 2024 AFA Leaders Conference scheduled for November 7-10, 2024, in Kansas City, Missouri.
Join Agriculture Future of America for the AFA Leaders’ Conference - a four-day event where you’ll get to work on your professional skills, make connections with fellow students and hear from the folks guiding the agriculture industry today. Grow your network, connect with hundreds of peers from across the county, learn from experts, and hear from industry leaders.
Applications are due September 6th. Partial travel support is available for accepted students in the College of Agricultural Sciences. For more information, please contact the Office for Undergraduate Education or Penn State’s AFA Student Ambassador, Hannah Anderson (hfa5291@psu.edu).
The only cost to students selected for AFA events is travel. AFA's partners cover hotel, meals and event material costs.
Leaders Conference Fast-pass Registration is open!
Students who attended 2023 AFA Leaders Conference have the option to skip the application process and register for AFA Leaders Conference through Fast-pass - registration closes May 31.
Securing a spot is easy, just follow these three steps:
- Step 1: Log in to AFA Hub
- Step 2: Click on Manage My Event Registrations
- Step 3: Navigate to 2024 Leaders Conference and fill out the form
Fast-Pass spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Collegiate Liaison registration for 2024 Leaders Conference will open August 30.
