The Penn State Coaly Society recently hosted the Guldin Speaking Contest - a contest that is open to any full-time undergraduate student in the College of Agricultural Sciences.

The Guldin Speaking Contest is made possible through the Guldin family in memory of Paul R. Guldin, who joined the staff of The Pennsylvania State University as a part-time extension poultryman. He made large impacts on his community, and was passionate about agriculture and public speaking.

Seven student competed in the Guldin Speaking Contest. Each contestant was awarded a monetary prize.

The top three winners were:

  1. Kieran Schug
  2. Lydia Brown
  3. Cheyenne Bastian-Brown
