Study abroad in France after finals in May.

Apply today for the INTAG/AG BM 470 course that meets this spring semester and travels to France for two weeks after finals in May. This course is open and can be of interest to students in any major. It explores the food and agricultural systems of the United States and France. You will learn about ag policy, opinions about GMOs, organic and local food systems, bio-based energy, diet and health, food safety and environmental implications of ag practices. Activities in Toulouse, France include a tour of Toulouse markets, a visit to a Community Supported Agriculture program, a cheese store and cave, a patisserie workshop, a cassoulet production and fois gras visit, and an overnight wine production excursion to Port-Vendres and Collioure by the Mediterranean Sea, and more.
