Psi Chi - The International Honor Society in Psychology is hosting its Research Conference for all campuses and majors on April 18, 2024 in the Moore Building Atrium on the University Park campus.
This conference provides a platform for students to present their research on a wide range of subject matters. Students from all campuses and majors are invited to present their research posters - both empirical and conceptual.
The only requirement for presenting is that students utilize a faculty mentor to help you through the process of creating the poster. There is a $5 fee for entering the conference, and there may be travel funding available through Psi Chi as well as through the College of Liberal Arts to help you get to and from the conference.
Presenting at conferences gives students the opportunity to share research ideas with faculty members and students from other campuses. It allows you to investigate topics of interest in hopes that you will find research interests to pursue in graduate school. It provides a more casual outlet for students to present research but still gives you a great resume and CV builder.
Deadline to apply is Tuesday, March 12, 2024, 11:59 pm.
