Administered through The Foundation for Enhancing Communities (TFEC) in Harrisburg, PA, the Donna E. Hayes Equine Scholarship and the Mercer Vu Farms/Ron and Judy Hissong Scholarship for Agriculture Fund are available to students enrolled in a four-year program.
Donna E. Hayes Equine Scholarship will be awarded to one York County (graduated from a high school in York County, PA) college student in their junior or senior year or graduate school majoring in the Equine/Animal Science field. Student must demonstrate high academic achievement and participation and accomplishments in equine activities.
Mercer Vu/Ron and Judy Hissong Scholarship for Agriculture Fund will be awarded to students that reside in the Tuscarora School District and are continuing their education in agriculture or a related field.
