The FAO Fellowships offer a transformative two-year experience for graduating college seniors interested in a future of leading social change.
Each Fellowship includes:
- A paid position at a leading nonprofit host organization in New York City, Boston, or Philadelphia. (Fellows will receive total compensation of approximately $85,000 plus benefits over the two-year Fellowship.)
- Direct service work combined with strategic projects that deepen the Fellow's knowledge of social challenges and prepare them for social justice careers
- Professional development opportunities such as retreats, fellowship projects, mentoring, and cohort experiences
- Connection to an extensive network of alumni fellows and social impact leaders

- Applications are due February 10, 2023. Applicants must be eligible to work in the US for the duration of the Fellowship and be on track to graduate in the class of 2023 from an accredited 4-year college/university.
