Join the Penn State Horticulture Club as they host the 109th Annual Horticulture Show on October 7th and 8th from 9 am-5 pm in the Snider Agricultural Arena. This year's theme is "A Walk Through Centre County".
The 109th Annual Horticulture Show is right around the corner! Join the Penn State Horticulture Club on October 7th and 8th, 2023 as the Snider Agriculture Arena is transformed into a beautiful landscape with donated plant and landscape materials from all over Pennsylvania and beyond! This year's theme, "A Walk Through Centre County" will be an ode to the beauty of Centre County in the fall. The show will be open from 9 am to 5 pm each day. All plant material, pumpkins, and produce will be for sale.
The show acts as the biggest fundraiser of the year for the Horticulture Club. All funds raised go to financing the club's annual participation in the National Collegiate Landscape Competition, the largest green industry event and competition for green industry students in the nation. This year the competition is being held at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah from March 13-16, 2024.
