The second Sunday Sept 21, 2014 is all about Meats Preservation Then and Now–Venison, Jerky, Sausage, and Canned Meat Products –with Penn State Extension's Jonathan Campbell. With information drawn from his Cooperative Extension Workshop: Venison 101, the afternoon should appeal to home cooks and hunters who have an interest in expanding their knowledge of processing venison, and preparing delicious venison for friends and family.
