The Pasto Agricultural Museum is more than a place—it’s a community. Become a volunteer, a friend, or just reach out!

You are part of the Pasto community

In the 1800s, when a farmer was ready to raise a barn, every neighbor from near and far would happily come to lend a hand and help. Just like barn raisings in past times, it takes a community to keep the Pasto Agricultural Museum running. We count on volunteers and supporters to help with every aspect of the museum—from programs and exhibits to operations and events.

The mission of the Pasto Agricultural Museum is to provide the public with an understanding and appreciation for early agriculture and rural life, especially in Pennsylvania and the northeastern United States. It is our honor to share this amazing heritage with our community and we invite you to participate with us in this rewarding, and fun, work.
