Exhibitors interested in demonstrations at designated areas for large equipment or even for smaller equipment at their site need to submit information to help prepare for a successful activity.

Exhibitor Registration

Registrations will be accepted for the 2019 Show October 1, 2018! New exhibitors, may contact our office to be added to our 2019 exhibitor list or submit the exhibitor contract application by fax or email. Consider becoming a PA Forest Products Assoc. member to receive a discount.

Exhibitor Service Center and Ebooth Profiles

Exhibitor Service Center is a resource to registered exhibitors for account information or payments, space reassignment applications and creating ebooth profiles. Exhibitors with current eprofiles generally experience 2-3 times more visits to their ebooths than exhibitors with incomplete profiles. To maximize your visibility from your participation at 2021 PA Timber Show, it is important to coordinate your online booth strategy with your physical booth strategy and keep information up-to-date.

Required Insurance Guidelines

Insurance requirements for exhibitors are described in the request for Certificate of Liability Insurances Memo. Please work closely with you insurance carrier to meet all insurance requirements of The Pennsylvania State University in order to participate.
