Contract

2021 Timber Show Exhibitor Contract PDF

The standard cancellation policy and fees are stated on the contract and reflect the intention to cover related costs. As noted in the force majeure clause, if the cancellation is not the fault of the exhibitor and result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are willing to offer a transfer of registration fee's paid to apply to the next show without an increase in fees. We recognize working together is critical to moderate the impact for all. Our intention is to review relevant factors on an ongoing basis, and communicate any reassessment no later than May 3. We anticipate exhibitors will communicate to us within the similar time frame. The possibility exists the federal, state or institutional (PSU) health regulations and policies may not all be in agreement come June which may result in a cancellation of the show. Our first response will be to offer a new show date in 2022, likely June 10 & 11. If the transfer is not possible, an administrative fee to cover some of the accrued costs at the time could apply.

Exhibitor Space Rates

Commercial Rates

Outdoor Lots (includes 110 & 220, single phase electricity) are available in the sizes listed below. The space assigned will be on grass lots and designated by a street address and contracted company name. 

  • 25' x 50' = $925
  • 50' x 50' = $1,300
  • 50' x 100' = $1,750
  • 100' x 50' = $1,900
  • 100 'x 100' = $2,150

Indoor Space (includes 110 & 220, single-phase electricity, one 8' table and two chairs) is available in the following dimension in a building with a rubber matted or compressed stone floor.

  • 15' x 10' = $935

Non-Commercial Rates (Non-profit organizations)

  • 10' x 10' = $425 Indoor
  • 25 x 50 = $625 Outdoor

Available to non-profit organizations (such as associations or government agencies) servicing the industry. 

Services

Forklift services are available at the show site on a first-come-first-serve basis for no charge. Tents, drapes, additional tables and chairs are not provided by the site. A list of local service providers are made available for your reference and all subcontractors you choose must have current subcontractor general liability insurances registered with our office. 

Internet service is available for an additional access fee of $50 per connection.
