Move a Previously Created PST file
Ag IT recommends that Outlook .PST files are stored in Local Disk (C:) | Local Documents. If you have created a .PST file in your My Documents folder, you will received sync errors at shut down stating that files of this type can't be made available offline. These steps will help you move the .PST file to the correct location.

Re-link an Already Created PST File
