Applications for Ag Student Council Awards (Ag Man/Woman of the Year, Organization of the Year, and Advisor of the Year) are available in early February and due in late March. Award winners are recognized at Ag Ball held in early April.
The purpose of this award is to recognize the outstanding male senior and outstanding female senior in the College of Agricultural Sciences who are inspired to pursue a future in the agricultural sciences, have demonstrated contributions to the College of Agricultural Sciences at Penn State, have advocated for agriculture, both in the present and plan to in the future.
The Club/Organization of the Year Award recognizes the group that promotes themselves, the College and the University, exhibit outstanding achievements by the members themselves and demonstrates a willingness to help coordinate activities sponsored by the College and Agricultural Student Council.
