Although Penn State is officially closed for the Winter Break December 24, 2020 through January 4, 2021, we know that many of your offices will be open and many of you will still be working during that time. If you have a service outage in your office, Ag IT staff will be there to get you back into service!

Following the Penn State calendar, the Ag IT Help Desk will be closed during the Winter Break – December 24, 2020 through January 3, 2021.

Support for significant outages will be available on December 28-30 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. In the event of an emergency service outage such as the loss of office networking – Internet and/or VoIP – or the loss of server-based documents, please call 814-865-1229, indicate that you have an emergency and briefly explain the nature of the outage. This information will be passed to Ag IT staff to help you.

Non-emergency requests received by telephone during the break will be entered as routine help desk requests and will be responded to beginning on January 4, 2021. Alternately, you can send non-emergency help requests for assistance after the break by using the help desk web form at https://agsci.psu.edu/it/help-request or email AgCompSupport@psu.edu
