Access Outlook Web App
One of the advantages of being a part of the Penn State Office 365 system is that you can access your email from anywhere that has an Internet connection. This is called Outlook Web App or Outlook on the Web.
Create an Out of Office Reply in Outlook
Use automatic replies to tell people you won't be responding right away to their email messages. Automatic replies are sent once to each sender.
Forward away from Office365
For those leaving the University, you can change where your email is delivered by forwarding your email away from pennstateoffice365.onmicrosoft.com. PLEASE NOTE: At this time, Oct 31, 2018, Ag IT is not sure of how long this forward will remain in place. Just something to be aware of as the University creates a new policy.
