One of the advantages of being a part of the Penn State Office 365 system is that you can access your email from anywhere that has an Internet connection. This is called Outlook Web App or Outlook on the Web.

It allows you to read, respond, and create email messages, view your calendar, tasks, and other aspects of your Outlook.

Login to Outlook Web App (OWA)

  1. Open your web browser (Example: Internet Explorer or Google Chrome or Firefox...).
  2. In the Address bar type the following: https://office365.psu.edu/ and press Enter.
  3. Click the Login button
  4. Enter your Penn State email account <abc123@psu.edu> (or select it under Pick an account) and click Next
  5. Enter your password and use your 2-factor authentication
  6. Click the Outlook icon to open your Inbox
