Users are responsible for following all regulations and for informing their guests of regulations. Failure to comply will result in appropriate response from the arena management, including billing for any costs and damages resulting from misuse.

  • No pets of any kind are permitted in the arena.
  • Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited inside any of the arena-complex buildings.
  • Vehicles must be parked only in designated parking areas, not on the grass. Additional parking is available across Park Avenue upon request.
  • When vacated, livestock vehicles must be parked across Park Avenue.
  • Use of special University-owned equipment must be approved by the arena management.
  • Hanging, stringing, or laying of extension cords, ropes, wires, or other material must be approved by the management.
  • Absolutely NO cooking in pantry area. Prepared foods may be kept warm ONLY in this area
  • Users are responsible for cleaning the pantry area, refrigerator and freezer, and for maintaining appropriate standards for food handling. Prior approval for use of the kitchen must be obtained from the management.
  • Walkways and exits must be unobstructed at all times.
