Cheryl has been providing staff assistance in the Office of Research and Graduate Education since August 2005. Cheryl assists the office by answering the telephone, greeting visitors, handling routine correspondence, monitoring inventory of office supplies, compiling information for use in various reports or projects, and maintaining many office databases. She also compiles and coordinates the information for the websites for our office. Cheryl is also responsible for the maintenance of the physical and electronic office files and records for the Agricultural Experiment Station. She coordinates Agricultural Experiment Station projects for the following: Agricultural Economics, Sociology and Education; Agricultural and Biological Engineering; Ecosystem Science and Management; Plant Pathology and Microbiology; Plant Science; International Agricultural; North East Regional Center for Rural Development; Pest Education; Lake Erie Regional Grape Research and Extension Center; Southeast Agricultural Research and Extension Center; Fruit Research and Extension Center; and Cooperative Extension and Outreach Administration. In addition, she monitors monthly on-line attendance records for the Research and Extension Centers. Cheryl also serves as the point of contact for the Extension Program Activity System (EPAS) and assists faculty, educators, and staff by preparing report and/or making corrections. Cheryl also coordinates the Federal Excess Property Program (FEPP) through USDA by processing Transfer Orders, maintaining FEPP inventory database, and completing monthly FEPP inventory reports. She has had over 30 years experience working in an office, both at the University and in the private sector.
