Seniors graduating in May, August, and December of the calendar year are eligible.
All applicants must be enrolled in a major offered by the College of Agricultural Sciences and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.30. The award is sponsored by the College of Agricultural Sciences Alumni Society with the cooperation of Coaly Society in soliciting nominees and arranging interviews for the award. The selection process takes place in March/April.
Applications will be made available during both the fall and spring semesters. The application and all necessary information will be released in the Ag Science Student News emails, and questions or requests for additional information should be directed to the Coaly Society President.
The selection committee consists of academic and industry professionals and will select finalists to be interviewed. The recipient will be named based on both application materials and the personal interview.
