Links to the 2019 Winter Tree Fruit Schools presentations delivered in Adams and Franklin Counties.
The 2019 Winter Tree Fruit Schools were held in nine regions across Pennsylvania. While we only have slide sets for the Adams County and Franklin County meetings online, the core presentations (the ones that counted towards core and pesticide credits) were consistent across the entire state. We did not replicate the presentations in the remaining seven regions this year. Next year we may keep this information distinct.
The Spanish language session on orchard safety, in Adams County, was supported by USDA/PDA Specialty Crop Block Grant #ME44187248, titled "Sustainable Production, Business Management, and Farm Safety Innovations for Beginning and Minority Specialty Crop Producers."
