Grapes
The facility consists of 23 acres of Concord grapes, 5 acres of Niagara grapes, and the rest of the land is used for several varieties of wine and table grapes.

Hardy Kiwi
The facility currently has 19 viable hardy kiwi vines planted in two rows.

Haskaps
The facility has 54 Haskap plants of the Tundra, Indigo Gem, Berry Blue, Indigo Treat and Borealis varieties.

The facility has 15 chestnut trees, 5 each of the American, Chinese and American-Chinese Hybrid species, planted in one row.
