The automatic migration of files from Box to OneDrive will only copy the most current version of the file. If keeping older versions of files is important to you, they will need to be preserved prior to migration.

  1. Navigate to the document that has multiple versions to be saved
  2. Hover over the file name and click the ellipses (...)
  3. Select Properties
  4. Select Version History
  5. Click the ellipses (...) beside the version to be saved
  6. Select Download
  7. Save the file with a new name

You will need to either manually copy the downloaded version of the file to OneDrive or upload the downloaded document (with new name) back into Box.
