College of Agricultural Sciences faculty, students, and staff using college-owned computers are required to consent to an agreement of responsibility and understanding for device elevated account privileges.

The Administrative Rights Request is required for Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences users to request an exception to Policy ITP-010 - Least Privileged User Account Mode.

To inquire about requesting an exception, users should first request a consult with their department's AG IT consultant by submitting a Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences Help Request Form. The AG IT consultant will be able to share a link to the automated request form if an exception is determined as a likely solution. The automated administrative rights form will email the supervisor to approve or decline the request. If the supervisor approves the request, AG IT will be notified and will work with the individual to add the administrative rights to their computer.
