GlobalProtect VPN must be enabled on your computer to successfully connect to Penn State resources requiring a secure connection.
Please refer to the list below if GlobalProtect is enabled on your computer, but you still cannot connect to the appropriate Penn State resource (examples include the VoIP portal, SIMBA, LIAS - Library Access and security Enclaves).
Computers must:
- Be running a modern operating system
- Use a supported version of GlobalProtect
- Have anti-malware application installed with:
- Virus definitions no older than 30 days
- Real-time scanning enabled
