A phone number is required to allow calls to outside PSU staff. This must be requested through PSU.

  1. Go to the ENCS Help Center and logon as normal: https://pennstate.service-now.com/sp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=dcc34c6f0f194e00fe13f08ce1050ed6
  2. Select the 1st option related to Teams.

  3. In the box provided, type out what you need/what you are requesting.
    1. Be sure to include the name and PSU ID for the new employee that needs a phone number, include the Cost Center for billing.
    2. Counties: Be sure to also include your county along with Ag Extension.
      1. Also, if you are requesting a new number, you may want to include a few numbers that are in use already in your office so one similar can be assigned to this new person.
  4. When you have entered all the information, click Order Now at right or at the bottom.Y

Once the request is submitted, it will be assigned to someone on their team for provisioning/programming to complete the work.

Please note that this request is not immediate. There may be additional follow-up needed from Penn State. They will reach out via the incident or ticket created once your request is submitted.
