Log into your Audiocodes Teams phone

There may be a need to re-log in to your Audiocodes Teams phone. You will need access to a computer and the physical phone as well. Some of the steps need to be completed on the computer while other steps are completed on the phone.

These steps are to be completed on your computer.

  1. Open a browser and go to https://microsoft.com/devicelogin as instructed in the phone screen.
  2. Enter the code displayed on the physical phone into your browser and then click Next.
    • If no code appears on physical phone, tap Refresh code.
  3. On the Pick an account or Sign in screen, select or enter your email address and click Next.
    • If needed, select Work or school account and then enter your password.
  4. At the Are you trying to sign in to Microsoft Authenication Broker, click Continue.
  5. The screen will show that you are signed in. You can close this browser on your computer.

The rest of the steps are done on the physical phone.

  1. The screen should change and look like it’s connecting.
  2. If needed, tap Work or school account.
  3. If needed, enter your password. Tap Sign in.
  4. Continue with MFA approval.
    • The phone will connect and finish the setup.
  5. If needed, Tap Work or school account (again).
  6. Wait while the phone signs in.
  7. A welcome wizard will appear. Click Next and move through the wizard.
  8. The home screen will appear.
