Tara Mondock

As Associate Director of Client Relations, Tara Mondock is responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of Penn State Extension's customer relationship strategy. She directly supervises client relationship managers in each of extension's 10 multi-county areas.

The client relationship team builds organizational and brand awareness, supports and expands existing and new client relationships, serves as organizational liaisons, and ensures excellent customer service and satisfaction to our clientele. Under Mondock's leadership, this group is ensuring that Penn State Extension continues to deliver science-based education to as many people as possible.

Mondock assumed her current position in spring of 2017 with a solid background in business administration and marketing. Prior to joining Penn State Extension, she was Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Vice President for Strategic Partner Sales at eSolutions, a healthcare billing and data analytics company headquartered in Overland Park, Kansas.

Throughout her career, Mondock has excelled in various sales and sales-management positions. She holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Western Carolina University.
