Question #1: What inspired you to pursue the major you are in?

I have a passion for protecting environmental health and understanding its impacts on human and animal health. Additionally, I want a career where I am able to go out in the field and study ecosystems first-hand.

Question #2: What has been the best part of your time in the Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences?

Sometimes a big school like Penn State can feel overwhelming, but being in a smaller college like Agricultural Sciences allows me to have a more hands-on learning experience with many opportunities for me to get involved. The staff is very welcoming to all students and you can tell that they are passionate about their fields.

Question #3: What do you wish you would have known as a new student at Penn State?

I wish I had known to get involved in more clubs and organizations, as they are a great way to meet like-minded people.
