Please follow these biography guidelines, which are are used so that all biographies in the program booklet and award websites are unified. The total word count should be between 225-250 words.

Professional information Your name will be displayed in the virtual invitation and ceremony program. Following the provided example, please type your information as it will appear in the virtual collateral.

Preferred Salutation Please indicate how you would prefer being introduced (ex. Robert, Bobby, Bob or Mr. Smith) during the awards ceremony.
