Nomination Process

  • One nomination will be accepted from each department for each award.
  • Nominations should follow the format of the nomination form and include a support letter or statement of nomination, current resume, and any other supporting materials.
  • Up to three outstanding alumni and one outstanding recent alumnus/a will be selected for the academic year to be hosted by the nominating department. Two-day visits to campus will be scheduled in the spring.
  • Nominations Due: Monday, Nov. 11, 2024
  • Department Notification: Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024
  • Celebration/Dinner: Thursday, April 10, 2025
  • On-Campus Programming: Friday, April 11, 2025
