Online Booth Space Registration
Returning exhibitors from 2023 show may register online at the link above to confirm their space for the PA Timber Show, log-in is required using their unique company password sent to them with their returning exhibitor invitation. All exhibitors can download the contract PDF below for review or submission.
New exhibitors must contact our office or submit the exhibitor contract PDF, as an application for a space assignment by show management to make assignment of space. The contract for exhibit space is subject to approval by The Pennsylvania State University, which reserves the right to interpret whether the proposed exhibit contributes to the objectives of the show.

Once registered, you can log into your Exhibitor Event Hub to update your company contacts, logo, website, and products to show clients looking for a specific product where to find you! Your first time log-in requires you enter your personal email to secure a unique password as an approved representative of your company- primary, invoice, and onsite contacts only have authorization from our system.
Exhibitor Information and Official Guide Book Exhibitor Ads
Review the Timber Exhibitor Contract and the Rules and Regulations section on the back, in order to confirm your agreement to the contract terms for the show. A signed contract, total payment, and evidence of current general liability, automobile, and workmen's compensation insurance ("The Pennsylvania State University" named as an additional insured), must be received no later than Monday, May 12, 2025 to complete the registration.
Take advantage of promotional opportunities in the official program. Advertising Rates Card, for exhibitors is available to purchase ad space in the Official Guide Book. Purchase no later than May 5, contact Beverly Kent at 717-721-4413.

About the Show
Hope you can attend the biennial PA Forest Products Association (PFPA) Equipment and Technology Exposition (PA Timber Show) June 6 & 7, 2025. Become a Pennsylvania Forest Products Association member to receive additional promotions via their newsletter and other marketing efforts. The biennial show has been at this location since 2005, featuring high-quality exhibitors with a primary focus on the forest products industry and emerging biomass markets. This show offers affordable space rental rates to attract vendors and the attendees pay no admission or parking fees! Hosted by the PA Forest Products Association and Penn State, over 100 exhibitors will gather at the site, just 9 miles southwest of State College, PA. Companies, government agencies and educational institutions are invited to exhibit at this year's show. If you join us, you will see an audience of over 1,500 from Pennsylvania and surrounding states who are engaged in the forest products industry.
