The Penn State Pullers is a specialized machine design team that works on designing and building 1/4-scale pulling tractors.
This project with the ABE department and ASABE student branch is open to any interested student. The project focuses on the design and construction of 1/4-scale pulling tractors to compete in an industry-supported national competition. The project involves more than engineering, design, and building tractors. There are plenty of activities to challenge your creativity including fund-raising, creating and manning displays, report writing, demonstration coordination, web page design, and social media.
