Tina is a Customer Service Representative at Penn State Extension, where she utilizes her 25+ years of experience in customer service to help individuals and groups register for events, online courses, webinars and order publications. She is able to utilize her troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to help solve issues that customers have and collaborate with the appropriate team such as the Cvent, Digital Education, Web, Pest Education, in order to find solutions.
Prior to working for Penn State Extension, Tina worked for Grove Energy in Osceola Mills PA as an Administration Assistant and Account Manager.
In her free time, Tina enjoys spending time with her family, traveling (especially to Disney) and scrapbooking with her friends.
