Suze has applied her 10+ years of customer support knowledge in helping customers navigate online courses, access webinars, register for events and order publications. She also helps connect calling customers to their local county Extension Cooperative to help grow the relationship between the local resident and county office.

Suze enjoys spending time with her family cheering on Penn State Athletics and playing with her German Shepherds, Trigger & Rocket.
