“I love what I do. Every day, I have the privilege of connecting people to something they’re passionate about — and witnessing their joy when they realize the impact of their philanthropy.”

Small-town PA native Steve Logue came to the College of Agricultural Sciences through a circuitous route. While an undergraduate in the College of the Liberal Arts at Penn State, he served as an academic fundraiser and trainer for the Lion Line Telefund as well as a development intern in the College of Agricultural Sciences. Both positions ignited his interest in fundraising, though he never dreamed he’d eventually be closing major gifts for his alma mater. After graduating from Penn State in 2010 with a degree in communication arts and sciences, Steve moved to Worcester, MA to be the assistant director of the student and young alumni program at Clark University. In 2013, he returned to Penn State — and the College of Agricultural Sciences. He works with members of the development team to advance the college and travels from Ohio to Florida and beyond, helping prospective donors realize their Penn State passions. Steve also serves as the college’s liaison to Penn State’s annual giving program.
