"I chose Penn State and the College of Agriculture Sciences because I knew Penn State was a highly recognized university with one of the most prestigious animal science programs in the country."

Favorite Penn State Activity:
My favorite Penn State activities are the activities I've participated in within Dairy Science Club and Block and Bridle Club from the holiday cheese box fundraiser to mare grooming and the blood for bats collection.

What do you want to be when you grow up?
Following graduation from Penn State, my goal is to be hired by a Penn State animal extension or agricultural education program to share my love for animal science and help producers or students in agriculture, or work for an agency such as the game commission or DCNR.

Proudest Achievement in life so far:
Although I've achieved many things myself, my proudest accomplishment has been serving as a mentor to high school students to help them succeed in the FFA, 4-H, and their agricultural endeavors. It's great to achieve these things yourself, but it's even more incredible to see the smile of someone you've helped achieve their goals.

Hobbies:
My hobbies include raising and showing sheep, photography, reading, writing, and spending time with my niece.

If you could be an animal, what would you be and why?
Hands down, I would be a sheep because they are versatile, sweet, and live great, easy lives.

Dream Vacation:
My dream vacation spot would be visiting a country like Ireland or Scotland to explore their agriculture industry and take some really neat pictures
