Kandice Harris is an instructional designer assistant at Penn State, where she utilizes her 14+ years of writing, editing, and design experience to create online learning content for Penn State Extension. Kandice works with Extension educators to design online courses and write course content, videos, and student assessments. In addition, Kandice manages video production in the recording studio and on-location. She also coordinates with team members to develop relevant and innovative writing and design best practices.
Prior to Penn State, Kandice worked for the Utah Association of Conservation Districts, the Utah State University Western Dairy Center, and Morrell Agro Industries, where she wrote, edited, and designed web content, newsletters, research reports, and resource assessments.
Originally from Forks, WA, Kandice received her Bachelor of Science in English, with an emphasis in Technical and Professional Communication and a minor in Environmental Studies, from Utah State University in 2009.
