Education

  • Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Penn State University

Jennah is the Spotted Lanternfly Call Center Team Lead for the Penn State College of Agriculture, where she utilizes her knowledge of customer service and the Spotted Lanternfly to manage her team. She is responsible for motivating, training, and directing the team on the best practices for attending to the customer's needs. She also uses her own customer service skills just like her team in assisting customers with all questions about the invasive species. Jennah also helps customers navigate online courses, access webinars, register for events and order publications through the extension during the off season. 

Outside of work, Jennah enjoys listening to music, attending hockey games, and spending time with her dogs and loved ones.
