Jennie Conklin is the Customer Service Lead for the Penn State College of Agriculture, where she utilizes over 20 years of customer service experience to manage the customer support team. She is responsible for motivating, coaching, training and directing the team on the best practices and approach to attend to customer needs.

Before joining the customer service team, Jennie was the IT Intake Specialist for College of Agriculture. 

Jennie received a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Lock Haven University.

Outside of work, Jennie enjoys taking photographs, Penn State Football and traveling with her husband and friends.
