Emily Betler

Hi my name is Emily Betler. I am a senior studying plant science Horticulture option. This past summer I completed a study abroad in Kenya along with an internship at Metrolina Greenhouses in North Carolina. During my time at Penn State I have been heavily involved in the Horticulture Club on campus. I have also worked as a teaching assistant and as an undergraduate research assistant during my time at Penn State. Outside of classes and clubs you can find me doing anything outside from hiking and hammocking to fishing and biking.

My favorite ice cream flavor that you can get year round is Death by Chocolate, but if you are at the creamery in October you have to try Monster Mash (vanilla ice cream with cookie pieces and caramel swirl).
