Penn State Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society

We want members to have a good list of experiences in the wildlife field and we feel that by being an active member of TWS this can be achieved.

About Us:  The Penn State Chapter aims to offer opportunities to gain experience outside the classroom, to network with as many agencies as possible, to recruit the next generation of wildlife-ers, and to have fun! We attend national, state, and regional conferences and conclaves. We volunteer in the community, host speakers and educational events, attend workshops on skills such as telemetry, and have recreational outings. COME CHECK US OUT!!!

Mission: To promote the development of all phases of wildlife research and management along sound biological lines.

To represent and serve the professional community of scientists, managers, educators, technicians, planners, and others who work actively to study, manage, and conserve wildlife and its habitats worldwide.
