The 2023 crop year is quickly approaching and will begin on October 1st, 2022.

Some planners are ready to start the 2024 crop year planning process for their clients. Since the planning tools are typically revised and updated to a new version around the beginning of a crop year, some planners have asked if there will be a major version change to the Nutrient Management Plan (NMP) or Nutrient Balance Sheet (NBS) planning tools this October 2022.,

Be advised there will NOT be any major version updates which would require the use of a newly released planning tool.

We are working on a minor NMP revision update to release this fall. It would be NMP Version 8.2. This revision will update the optional worksheet called the grazing calculator. More details will be released soon.
