The State Conservation Commission (SCC or Commission) is pleased to announce the hiring of Rebecca Vigil as the new Conservation Program Specialist in the Harrisburg SCC office.
Rebecca comes to the Commission with experience in urban farming, environmental education, and customer service. These experiences have well-equipped her to move into this important position.
Rebecca will serve many roles including that of a SCC Regional Coordinator for select counties for the Nutrient Management Program, assistance with the Odor Management Program, as well as, assist with other SCC programs.
