NBS Spreadsheet Version 6.3 – January 2023 has been released by the Act 38 Pennsylvania Nutrient Management Program. Planners can use any revision of Version 6 however the best practice is to use the most recent revision when starting a new plan.
If a planner experiences the problem summarized below, then NBS Spreadsheet Version 6.3 – January 2023 must be used.
The updated NBS can be found on the Nutrient Management Website in the planning tools section.
The following updates were made to NBS Version 6.3.
NBS Summary – P Index Fields Sort Order
Updated the sort order for P Index grouped fields in the NBS Summary so multiple manure applications will be listed in the correct order from Multiple Initial (Mi), to Middle (M), to Multiple Final (Mf).
As a reminder, there is a detailed description of all the updates to the NBS in the Version Updates tab of the NBS spreadsheet. It is also the most recent update posted on the website in the "News" section.
