Ruthann Sitko

Ruth is the Business Operations Manager (BOM) for Area 10, which includes Bucks, Philadelphia, Montgomery, Lehigh, and Northampton counties. After thirty-five years of serving multiple industries including banking, manufacturing, construction, education, and agriculture, Ruth joined Penn State in 2018.  Ruth brings knowledge and experience rich in business management and customer service.  Born and raised on a centennial family farm in Michigan, agriculture has been a significant part of her life.  Ruth and her husband have raised four children and the family currently operates a Christmas tree farm in Pottstown, PA where they live.
