Michelle is the Community IPM and Environmental Health Program Coordinator for PA IPM Program's urban outreach office – the Philadelphia School & Community IPM Partnership (PSCIP). Projects involve working with schools and community groups to build partnerships for safer pest control resulting in healthier homes and families.

Additionally, she provides outreach education materials and specially designed programs to school-aged children and families on less-toxic pest control practices. Recent program emphases has been related to:  Community IPM education and pesticide use reduction, less-toxic pesticide choices, IPM implementation in urban areas and low income housing, IPM outreach to health professionals, and IPM in Schools and Childcare Facilities.

PSCIP is a national training partner for the National Center for Healthy Housing (NCHH), and has helped to develop and pilot new workshops for public housing, Sec­tion 8 properties, commercial building engineers, and community health workers.
