Erin Trouba is an Extension Educator with the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training (CACAT) based in Centre County.  Her work focuses on developing the future and current workforce of agricultural conservation professionals, especially through the development of social skills, such as engagement.  She holds a Bachelors in Environmental Resource Management and a Masters in Rural Sociology, both from Penn State.  As a graduate student, Erin was elected to serve for one year on the Penn State Water Council.  She also served as an agriculture, environment, and community development Peace Corps Volunteer in southern Ethiopia.
