Lauren joined Penn State Extension and Delaware County 4-H in October 2021. Prior to serving in her current role, Lauren worked as an educator and program manager for a variety of non-profit organizations, such as nature centers, arboretums, zoos, and local branches of the YMCA. She has extensive experience in community outreach, program development, and working with youth of all ages. Lauren is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals and serves on the Pennsylvania 4-H STEM Working Group.
