Should there not be an eligible recipient in an academic year, second and third preferences shall be given to students whose home address of record is in Warren County, Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, respectively. Consideration for this scholarship shall be given to third and fourth year full-time undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor of science degree in Forest Ecosystem Management with an option in Forest Management in the Department of Ecosystem Science and Management in the College of Agricultural Sciences, who have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 (out of a 4.0 scale).
